Our Wolf mascot gets a name! – WIS Wrocław International School

Yesterday’s ceremony of revealing the name of our mascot of the “Wolves” Athletic Program “Wolves” aroused a lot of emotions and was an opportunity to meet “Wolf” personally again and to congratulate Olga from class III B (DP1) of the International High School of Wrocław, whose proposal won the interschool competition for the wolf’s name. (In the second photo, Olga is receiving congratulations from Mr. Nathan Cooper’s Sports Director)

Our mascot was given the name L U P I. The victorious name coined by Olga is a graceful, universal name, referring to the Latin name of the wolf – lupus.

Congratulations and thanks to all students for their creative suggestions!
