International podium for our soccer players – WIS Wrocław International School

This past weekend two of our students, Alek (WIS grade 5) and Jan from ATUT Bilingual Primary School (grade 4a), took part in and international tournament with their Akademia Piłki Nożnej FORZA Wrocław soccer team.

The API Cup took place in Zakopane, Poland and had 24 teams, including teams from Ukraine and Ireland. After playing 12 hard fought matches the team earned a spot on the podium with a 3rd place finish.

In addition, Jan was named Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the entire tournament.
